Paul graduated Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Charles Sturt university 2019. He has a keen interested in athletic development and neurological conditions such a Parkinson’s disease and stroke rehabilitation. He loves to be active and play sport as much as possible. This love of sport lead him to start his career as a sports scientist specializing in junior athletic development and highlighted the importance of improving the movement patterns of athletes from a young age to help reduce the chance of future injury and improve athletic performance. The desire to continue to help more people lead Paul to study Exercise Physiology where he gained experience in exercise prescription for a wide range of chronic health conditions. Paul is a Toowoomba local and really enjoys getting outside and in the garden in his spare time.
